Nearfelt is a native phone and watch app in development. TestFlight and Google Play test links are being prepared; no public store release is currently available.

Contact

Email support@taoftware.com. Include your platform and app version, and describe what happened. Do not email sign-in codes, passwords, invitation codes or private recordings unless we explicitly request a necessary sample and you choose to share it.

Camera capture

Use a physical phone with a rear camera and light. Rest your hand, cover the lens and light gently with your fingertip, and hold still. Retry if quality is low. Stop and lift your finger if the light feels warm. A camera pulse estimate is for personal expression, never a medical decision.

Sound recording

Grant microphone permission when you start capture. Ordinary microphones may not pick up heart sounds. Listen before saving or sharing. Nearfelt does not infer a medical reading from recorded sound.

Connections and safety

Accept invitations only from people you intend to connect with. Use Block person or Unlink in People to stop an unwanted connection. Use Report beside a received signal to send that signal and your selected reason privately to Taoftware for review. Unblock from Settings; a new mutual invitation is required to reconnect. You can also email support with the connection or message identifier and a description; avoid including unrelated private information. Immediate safety concerns require appropriate local emergency assistance.

Subscriptions and data

Use Settings → Restore purchases with the Apple or Google account that made the purchase. Manage subscriptions through Settings → Manage subscription or your store account. A subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate. See deletion instructions.
